Dosage & directions
Adults: 1–2 tablets daily, chewed thoroughly, preferably with meals. Do not exceed 2 tablets a day without advice.
Composition
Each chewable tablet contains Calcium Carbonate equivalent to elemental Calcium 600mg and Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 200 IU.

- Separate from iron, thyroid tablets and some antibiotics by at least 2 hours.
