What it's used for
- Preventing neural tube defects in pregnancy
- Folate-deficiency anaemia
- Support during methotrexate therapy

Dosage & directions
Pregnancy: 1 tablet daily, ideally from 3 months before conception through the first trimester. Other uses as prescribed.
