Dosage & directions
Adults: 1 capsule daily after a meal. Taking it with a source of vitamin C — orange, lemon water — improves absorption.
Composition
Each capsule contains Ferrous Gluconate 250mg, Manganese Sulphate, Copper Sulphate, Vitamin C 50mg, Folic Acid 1mg, Vitamin B12 7.5mcg and Sorbitol.
Possible side effects
Warnings & precautions
- Do not take with tea, coffee, milk or calcium tablets — they block iron absorption.
- Keep well away from children; iron overdose is dangerous.
- Have your haemoglobin rechecked after 3 months rather than taking it indefinitely.
