Dosage & directions
Adults: 1 tablet daily after a meal. Swallow whole with water.
Composition
Each tablet contains Vitamin C 750mg, Vitamin E 30 IU, Thiamine 15mg, Riboflavin 15mg, Niacinamide 100mg, Vitamin B6 20mg, Vitamin B12 12mcg, Folic Acid 400mcg, Pantothenic Acid 20mg and Zinc 22.5mg.
