Who these terms are between
This website is published by Aslam Clinic & Sugar Center of Mohalla Masjid Siddique, Circular Road, Jalalpur Jattan 50780, Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site — you can still call +92 308 0429292 or visit during Mon & Wed 4:00–8:00 PM · Sat 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
What this website is, and is not
It is an information and booking surface for a physical clinic in Jalalpur Jattan. It publishes our services, our clinicians, our pharmacy shelf and health articles written by our doctors, and it hands you off to WhatsApp when you want an appointment or an order.
- It is not a telemedicine service, and no consultation happens on it.
- It does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That begins when a clinician sees you.
- It takes no payment. Consultation fees are paid at the clinic and medicines are paid for on delivery or at the counter.
- It holds no medical record. Nothing you type into it is added to your clinical notes.
Never use this website in an emergency
If someone is having chest pain, difficulty breathing, heavy bleeding, a seizure, a stroke, or is unconscious, call 1122 or go to the nearest emergency department now. Do not send a message and wait.
Appointments and orders
- A booking button composes a WhatsApp message for you. Sending it is a request, not a confirmed appointment — your slot exists once the clinic replies to confirm it.
- Adding a medicine to the basket is not a purchase. The pharmacist confirms availability, price and — where the medicine is prescription-only — your prescription, before anything is dispensed.
- Prices on the pharmacy pages are the counter prices at the time of publication and can change. The price confirmed in your WhatsApp thread is the one that applies.
- We may decline a booking or an order, for example where a request is outside our competence or a prescription cannot be verified. Declining is a clinical and regulatory judgement, and we will say why.
Health content on this site
Articles and medicine leaflets are general information for patients in Pakistan. They are written and reviewed by clinicians here, and they are not advice about you. Read the Medical Disclaimer at /legal/medical-disclaimer — it is the one page on this site most worth reading in full.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- Attempt to access the admin console, another person's data, or any part of the system you have not been given access to. Doing so is an offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
- Scrape the pharmacy catalogue or the article archive for republication. Reading the site, and citing it with a link, is welcome.
- Send automated traffic, bulk submissions or anything designed to degrade the service. The forms are rate-limited and abuse is logged.
- Submit somebody else's personal or medical information without their knowledge.
- Impersonate the clinic, a clinician here, or the pharmacy — including on WhatsApp.
Testing the security of this site in good faith is not prohibited. Follow the disclosure policy at /legal/security and you will be treated as a colleague, not an intruder.
What belongs to whom
The clinic's name, mark, photography, article text and the design of this site belong to Aslam Clinic & Sugar Center. Medicine leaflet content is derived from the manufacturers' own approved literature and from DRAP-registered product information, and belongs to its authors.
You may print or save any page for your own care, and you may quote a passage with a link back. You may not republish an article wholesale, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
Links and embedded panels
The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social profiles, and can embed panels served by Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. The embedded panels do not load until you allow them — see /legal/cookies.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It can go down for maintenance, or because a supplier has an outage. Nothing about your care depends on the site being reachable: the clinic's phone number is +92 308 0429292 and its door is at Aslam Clinic & Al-Shifa Laser Eye Center, Mohalla Masjid Siddique, Circular Road, Jalalpur Jattan.
Liability
We take responsibility for the accuracy of what we publish and we correct errors when they are found. What we cannot accept is responsibility for a decision taken on the basis of a general article instead of a consultation — which is why the medical disclaimer says what it says.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited. In particular, they do not limit the clinic's professional liability for the care it actually provides — that is governed by the law of medical negligence and by Punjab Healthcare Commission, not by a website's terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Gujrat District, Punjab have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes
The version number and effective date at the top of this page tell you which terms you are reading. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
