Dosage & directions
Sit quietly for 5 minutes, back supported and feet flat, arm at heart level. Take two readings a minute apart, morning and evening, and record both.
Composition
Oscillometric monitor with IntelliSense inflation, irregular-heartbeat detection, 30-reading memory and a 22–32cm cuff.
Possible side effects
Warnings & precautions
- One high reading is not hypertension — bring a week of readings to your doctor.
- Use the correct cuff size; a cuff that is too small reads falsely high.
- Do not adjust your own medicine on the basis of home readings.
