Dosage & directions
Place 1 tablet under the tongue at the first sign of chest pain and let it dissolve. Sit down first. Repeat after 5 minutes if needed — a maximum of 3 doses.

Each sublingual tablet contains Isosorbide Dinitrate 5mg.

- If pain persists after 3 doses in 15 minutes, call for emergency help — it may be a heart attack.
